Job Summary
Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron's focusing on coaching customers toward timely lease payments and renewal of lease agreements, with in-store and face-to-face customer interactions, payment scheduling, and maintaining updated customer records. Responsibilities include account attainment and upkeep, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, selling renewal benefits, assisting with revenue and renewal goals, handling merchandise returns and deliveries, ensuring product quality, maintaining vehicle-related documentation, and supporting the Sales Team and management as needed. Requires high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficient computer skills. Position supports an hourly pay structure with potential incentive pay; salary range reflects hourly compensation converted to annualized figures.
