Job Summary
Answer client inquiries regarding products, provide quotes and bid specifications, and conduct regular follow-ups on quote status. Prepare and report sending results and leads to the manager while addressing customer complaints to establish resolutions. Learn customer buying habits to deliver exceptional service and work with the V.P. of Sales on administrative aspects. Requires minimum 3-5 years of related experience, utility industry background preferred, and expert Syteline ERP proficiency. Onsite in Bessemer, AL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products
- Expert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel
- Must be available for onsite work in Bessemer, AL
Desired Qualifications
