Customer Account Specialist role responsible for building and developing relationships with customers to ensure ongoing partnerships, proactively communicating shipment updates, analyzing inquiries, and providing timely insights. Utilize Navisphere to generate reports and analyze load data, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Account Management. Role emphasizes customer-centric communication, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service while supporting training and career growth opportunities. In-office four days per week with one remote day, travel up to 5% domestically, and potential for internal promotion within a collaborative, inclusive environment.
