Job Summary
Process customer Requests for Quotes by ensuring requirements conform to company guidelines, performing cost comparisons, and delivering approved responses via internal review meetings. Manage sales orders by reviewing purchase agreements, resolving discrepancies, entering orders into the ERP system, and preparing status updates. Respond to inquiries regarding RFQs, invoices, and technical concerns while investigating and closing product damage and warranty requests. Collaborate with Engineering and purchasing to maintain documentation, develop market pricing, and prepare data for customer catalogs. Prepare monthly KPIs to determine corrective actions and continuous improvement projects. This role supports AGSE's global transportation and fulfillment strategy within the aerospace tooling and ground support equipment industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of five years of related experience in a global customer service function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with ADVANCED Excel skills
- Effectively uses listening and influencing skills to communicate with others in a positive manner
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP System or equivalent
- Resilient and adaptable to change while maintaining a positive outlook
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
- While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift twenty-five pounds
