Job Summary
The Customer Account Representative position focuses on engaging Vaupell’s customer base and delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the Voice of the Customer. Responsibilities include championing customer needs, coordinating all aspects of orders with manufacturing to exceed expectations, developing broad technical knowledge of products, liaising between customers and manufacturing to negotiate solutions, prioritizing orders, collaborating with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams for timely launches, and adhering to company policies and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 6+ months related experience or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a collaborative manner with engineering, manufacturing, production, vendors, customers, and managers
- US Person (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) for ITAR/EAR compliance
