Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service in a transportation context by communicating with internal and external customers, entering and monitoring detailed load information, resolving load issues, and supporting profitable, efficient freight operations. Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations, coordinating load status, maintaining accurate load data, and tracing deliveries while collaborating in a fast-paced team. Required are strong telephone skills, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt to alternate work shifts. An Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required.
