Job Summary
Customer Account Representative III responsible for providing superior customer service and order management support to priority accounts. Duties include order entry/editing/expediting, resolving pricing discrepancies, high-level service tracking and cross-department project ownership, generating and utilizing reports in Excel and PowerBI, supporting OTIF and Case Fill service level targets, leading customer-facing meetings on case fill and backorder updates, managing backorders and shipping coordination, handling made-to-order and direct shipments, performing shipping and inventory verifications, interfacing with Deduction Management, Credit, Pricing, NPD, Knowledge Management, NFC, Logistics and Sales, providing documentation for deductions/chargebacks, and responding promptly to customer inquiries while leveraging JDE and CPQ/NPD systems. The role emphasizes proactive communication of order status and availability, and continuous improvement in service delivery across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Previous sales and customer experience desired
- Superior telephone communication and computer skills
- Ability to work an off-shift as required, to provide national time zone coverage
