Job Summary
Customer Account Representative III at Libbey responsible for end-to-end order management and high-level customer service for priority accounts. Responsibilities include order entry/editing/expediting, pricing discrepancy resolution, cross-departmental project ownership, generating and utilizing reports (Excel, PowerBI, customer portals), OTIF and Case Fill performance monitoring, backorder management, shipping coordination, handling made-to-order and direct shipments per SOPs, and providing timely status reports and responsive communication. Requires proficiency with JDE and CPQ/NPD systems, ability to navigate multiple internal departments (Deduction Management, Credit, Pricing, NPD, NFC, Logistics, Sales), and experience in root-cause analysis for deductions/chargebacks. Emphasizes service leadership in customer meetings, data-driven reporting, and maintaining best practices to meet service level targets. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Previous sales and customer experience desired
- Superior telephone communication and computer skills
- Ability to work an off-shift as required, to provide national time zone coverage
