Customer Account Representative - ENTEC

Process customer purchase orders and related requests according to policy, ensuring transactions meet profit requirements and shipment deadlines. Audit orders for accuracy prior to release, provide proper documentation and certifications, and maintain customer information within the operating system. Monitor order progression across departments, submit sales orders for timely invoicing, and communicate order status including backorder and blanket order information to customers. Resolve discrepancies in new purchase orders and blanket orders, process return goods authorizations and sales order adjustments, and actively problem-solve to improve task performance. This hybrid role supports outside sales by managing daily account activities and driving sales through accurate fulfillment. A valid driver's license is required, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
