Job Summary
Customer Account Representative role focused on supporting the CNAC financing program by contacting customers with past-due accounts, arranging payment solutions, reconciling accounts, preparing and sending collection notices, and documenting all interactions. The role includes partnering with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns, collaborating with internal departments on account-related inquiries, and following up to ensure payment commitments are met. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a full-time, on-site environment.
