Customer Account Manager - Wholesale Grocery

Job Summary
Owns and delivers Joint Business Plans across wholesale customers (e.g., Bestway, Unitas, NBC, Sugro); manages full P&L and drives profitable growth for Premier Foods and customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with buying groups and members; leads promotional planning and negotiations; drives accurate sales forecasting in partnership with Supply Chain, Finance, and Forecasting; collaborates with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and deliver new product launches; manages pricing structures and trade spend in line with commercial guidelines; reviews end-to-end initiatives to improve ROI and overall profitability; coaches and develops Customer Account Executives within the wholesale team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven commercial experience within FMCG, grocery or wholesale environments
- Strong P&L management and commercial awareness
- Experience of building and delivering Joint Business Plans
- Confident, fact-based negotiator with a collaborative approach
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent planning, organisation and time-management capability
- A team-focused mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally at all levels
- A growth-oriented, curious approach, aligned to Premier Foods values
