Job Summary
Customer Account Manager based in Crewe or Southport with hybrid working. Drive renewal and growth across nominated accounts, manage customer relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans, and ensure delivery of budgeted sales and gross margin. Requires experience in account management (preferably in Rail), strong communication, negotiation, and analytic skills, and familiarity with SAP. Will travel to visit customers and contribute to continuous improvement of customer engagement systems and governance processes to meet contract objectives.
