Customer Account Manager

Provide customer account services to high exposure or major accounts; work with internal departments to balance capacity and freight while maintaining high service levels; build relations that deliver value to customers; lead and solicit business from a defined number of customers to expand revenue; act as an extension of Sales to grow business; manage territorial balance of capacity and freight and maintain knowledge of customer contractual requirements; create monthly service level reports and participate in service-oriented conference calls.
