Job Summary
Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion through deep partnerships and measurable outcomes. Develop and execute account strategies that connect customer objectives with HackerRank's mission, acting as the captain for your accounts by orchestrating internal and customer teams to resolve blockers and accelerate time-to-value. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders, embedding HackerRank into their hiring and workforce planning while maintaining accurate forecasts, health metrics, and growth pipelines. Structure mutually beneficial commercial terms that balance value realization with business expansion. Manage multiple enterprise accounts with precision, ensuring seamless handoffs and transparent reporting. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS enterprise account management
