Customer Account Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and production departments to ensure client specifications are met; oversee client orders through the production lifecycle; act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication; foster and maintain client relationships and drive use of standard inputs/tools; review order plans and address obstacles to successful project completion; resolve client or production issues and negotiate solutions; apply specialized knowledge in print and marketing services to make independent operational decisions; provide client consultation and education on the print business; manage vendor relationships for end-to-end client solutions; participate in account evaluations/renewals and cross-departmental projects; adhere to additional guidelines/policies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience in customer service or print environment preferred
