Job Summary
Customer Account Manager for Bacardi in London will drive performance and growth by building outstanding relationships with On Trade customers, developing 360-degree account plans, executing best-practice commercial brand plans, delivering key selling metrics (brand distribution, outlet visibility, new business, promotions, ROI), and managing the sales plan for the area. Responsibilities include completing outlet surveys, retaining and growing existing business, collaborating with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors on events and activations, maintaining wholesale partnerships, ensuring top-tier outlet execution, and coordinating with Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, and Marketing to meet KPIs. The role requires FMCG sales experience (On/Off Trade in spirits/beverages is a plus), a valid driving license, and strong networking, communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and time-management skills; a proactive, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset is valued.
