Job Summary
In-person Customer Account Coordinator responsible for delivering superior customer service and administrative support. Manages customer inquiries, processes orders, maintains billing accuracy, and supports the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as account billing, month-end reporting, AR, and route management. Strong communication, organization, and professionalism are essential to uphold quality service and a positive reputation in the market. Office duties include processing work orders, coordinating with route/service staff, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and reporting. Based in Tomah, WI with standard business hours (Mon-Thu 8am–4pm, Fri 8am–1pm).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Excellent communication skills
- Bookkeeping / Office Experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications or CRM experience
