Job Summary
Review and maintain client accounts while ensuring compliance with firm policies, regulatory standards, and collection procedures. Resolve escalated issues, assist internal associates and Financial Advisors with client support needs, and recommend solutions to moderately complex problems. Answer telephone inquiries, handle simple customer requests via email or mail, and conduct data entry into company and branch systems to verify accuracy. Document counter transactions, organize work schedules, and maintain files in accordance with exchange requirements. Mentor less experienced colleagues and develop technical skills through formal training and coaching.
