Job Summary
Assist customers in transitioning to product ownership by coaching them on the benefits of timely payments and contacting them regarding lease agreement status. Process merchandise returns when requested. This role requires two years of retail or customer service experience, schedule flexibility between 8A and 9P including Saturdays, and adherence to DOT requirements for certification in required states. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory MVR.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of retail/customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory MVR
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- Ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
