Job Summary
Coach customers on product ownership benefits and facilitate timely payments. Contact clients via phone or in person to manage lease agreement status. Process merchandise returns upon request. Maintain a schedule between 8A and 9P, including Saturdays, while holding a valid driver's license and meeting DOT certification requirements. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of retail/customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory MVR
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- Ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
