Job Summary
Liaise with customers daily to provide support and advice on queries, arrange shipping by booking slots and tracking parcels, and manage stock movements via the WMS System. Produce daily reports covering KPIs, WIPs, activity logs, shortages, and failed deliveries, while gathering data for invoices and resolving PO issues. Plan and cost pre-retail requirements for re-works and guide new colleagues on administrative tasks. Complete duties within agreed timescales and apply vigilance to determine when to involve others. This role suits candidates with at least one year of similar experience in logistics administration.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Advanced Level Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a daily work allocation, defined timetable or routine
- Accurate and reliable Administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- At least one years' experience in a similar role and environment
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organisation, planning, records management and general admin
