Job Summary
Liaise with customers daily to provide support and advice on queries, then produce internal and external reports covering KPIs, WIPs, activity logs, shortages, and failed deliveries. Arrange product shipping by booking slots, establishing couriers, and tracking parcels per customer specifications while managing stock movements via the WMS System. Handle re-work planning, cost pre-retail requirements, invoice data gathering, and PO issues. Provide guidance and informal coaching to administrators and new colleagues, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales. Apply vigilance in judging when to involve others, while undertaking other directed tasks as needed. Work Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 or 09:00–17:00 with a 30-minute break.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Advanced Level Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a daily work allocation, defined timetable or routine
- Accurate and reliable Administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- At least one years' experience in a similar role and environment
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organisation, planning, records management and general admin
