Job Summary
Produce, design, craft, and test wood products including cabinets, musical instruments, and furniture using specialized tools. Build stair systems within allotted time frames and quality standards by positioning parts, assembling components, and verifying specifications. Operate power tools, table saws, band saws, and CNC machines while maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions and request materials from the warehouse. Conserve resources, control costs, and contribute to team effort in a Monday–Friday schedule with additional availability.
Required Qualifications
- Good woodworking skills
- Ability to operate power tools, table saw, band saw, chop and miter saw and other woodworking related tools
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math accurately
- Ability to work in a production type environment with some heavy lifting required
Desired Qualifications
- CNC Machine Operation experience preferred
