Job Summary
Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the team, make key decisions, and mentor junior members while engaging with multiple stakeholders. Provide solutions to problems across immediate and broader teams, continuously evaluating development processes to increase efficiency. Build high-availability, resilient distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architectures like Kafka and Akka. Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps tools including Docker and Kubernetes. Requires minimum 8 years of ICON IPF experience and 15 years full-time education. Based in Bengaluru.
