Job Summary
Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design, delivery, and release management. Set development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. Manage build pipelines, infrastructure, and middleware while executing unit, integration, UI, and performance testing including automation. Identify opportunities for synergies, optimizations, and refactorings through peer reviews and pair programming. Exchange with stakeholders on feature evaluation, planning, and domain insights. Provide third-level support and monitor delivered artifacts. Requires minimum 3 years of Java Enterprise Edition experience. Based in Chennai.
