Job Summary
Oversee the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions, guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle from initial concepts to final delivery. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant software aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive key decisions, resolve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior members to enhance team capabilities. Requires minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) and 15 years of full-time education.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization
- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple groups to achieve project objectives
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality assurance, including code reviews and automated testing
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
- Must be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams
- Mentor and support junior team members
