Job Summary
Oversee the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards, ensure code quality, and provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams. Guide the entire development lifecycle from initial concepts to final delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a cohesive vision. Mentor junior members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. This role requires a Microsoft Power BI SME with at least five years of experience, based in Bengaluru, at Accenture.

- Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience in optimizing data integration and transformation processes to improve system efficiency
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within business intelligence environments
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data visualization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
