Job Summary
Oversee technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery while setting development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance. Guide the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring practices meet organizational goals and align with business objectives. Provide solutions to immediate and cross-team problems, lead planning and execution of development activities to meet timelines, and coordinate cross-functional communication to align solutions with requirements. Mentor team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth. Requires minimum five years of ServiceNow experience and proficiency in designing scalable architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
- 7 to 9 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
- Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management
- Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on
- Good in client and people management
- Good communication skills
- Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple development teams effectively
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow
- A 15 years full time education is required
