Job Summary
Custom Software Engineering Lead responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of bespoke software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Establish and enforce development standards to ensure quality, scalability, and performance aligned with business objectives. Mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure cohesive technical vision across projects. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and experience with component-based architecture and cloud deployment are required.

- Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components
- Experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles
- Strong understanding of front-end development frameworks and integration with backend services
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability in cloud environments
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deployment processes within Salesforce ecosystems
