Job Summary
Oversee the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery while setting development standards. Guide the team through the entire development lifecycle from initial concepts to final delivery, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor team members to enhance technical skills, coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration, and monitor project progress to optimize delivery timelines. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team. This position is based at the M2B - STPI office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Playwright
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures
- Ability to enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project workflows
- Must have skills: Playwright
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright
- A 15 years full time education is required
