Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer role focused on leading AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI/Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. Develop enterprise-grade, scalable software across systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, apply Agile practices, and ensure high-performing solutions. Must have strong Oracle PLSQL skills, database design/optimization expertise, and experience with Git. The position emphasizes independent SME-level contribution, participation in team discussions, requirement analysis, and delivering solutions that align with business objectives. A minimum of 3 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education are required. The posting is for Accenture in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI
