Job Summary
Design and develop custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices to enhance system components across applications. Lead team decisions and collaborate with multiple groups to implement best practices that improve software quality and delivery timelines. Mentor junior members, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide solutions to problems while integrating custom solutions with existing enterprise systems. Requires minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing and a full-time education of 15 years. Based in Mumbai.

- Experience in integrating custom solutions with existing enterprise systems
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools
- Must be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
