Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow Platform/Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and execution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions with deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, UX UI Builder, Now Assist AI, and SecOps. Responsibilities include leading requirement discovery workshops, translating business requirements into detailed high- and low-level designs, governing platform standards, and providing technical leadership to development teams. Also responsible for data modeling, governance, and ensuring platform stability and scalability. Based in Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise: 6+ years
- CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping
- UX (UI Builder, Workspaces, Portal)
- Now Assist / AI-driven use cases
- SecOps modules (VR, IR, integrations)
- Strong governance, design patterns, API knowledge
- Business requirement gathering and translation to technical solutions
- CSA, CIS, CAD certifications (beneficial)
- Experience leading architecture design and mentoring
- Based in Bengaluru office, 9 to 12 years total ServiceNow experience (HR modules mentioned)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
