This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration and is based at the Bengaluru office.
Required Qualifications

- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact
