Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer at Accenture-style environment focused on developing tailored software solutions. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to design, code, and enhance components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. Hands-on with Kronos/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduler), Boomi integrations, and SQL reporting. Role involves maintenance/configuration of Kronos modules, assisting with testing (functional, integration, UAT), mentoring junior members, and fostering a team-oriented, problem-solving culture. Must have 5–7 years of Pro WFM experience, Kronos expertise, Boomi experience (certification preferred), and strong interpersonal skills. Ready to work in shifts and contribute to performance and scalability improvements across software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Pro WFM domain
- Pro WFM domain expertise (Kronos: Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler)
- Knowledge of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Pro WFM
- Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM
- Dell Boomi experience; Boomi certification an added advantage
- SQL Reporting
- Experience with data views and building custom reports (BIRT)
- Experience in test automation and/or manual testing on UKG platform
- Willingness to work in shifts
- 15 years full time education
