Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer role focused on end-to-end AI-enabled delivery and Oracle Financials modernization. Responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable AI-enabled solutions using GenAI/Agentic architectures, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption; stabilizing and recovering troubled delivery with governance aligned to Agile/SAFe; monitoring KPIs (SPI, burn rate, EAC recovery); managing stakeholder communications; and hands-on work across Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) with platform realignment and platform migrations. Required experience includes 18+ years in Oracle Financials, proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud, GenAI capabilities, and strong delivery-management skills. Added emphasis on driving delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance with InfoSec and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Oracle Financials area
- 15 years full-time education
- Proficiency with Oracle Financials Cloud - GL, AP, AR, FA
- PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Oracle Financials Suite experience
- Hands-on in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications
- Agile delivery principles with governance and stakeholder satisfaction
