Job Summary
Develop custom software solutions across systems using Python and AWS; lead design, code, and configuration of applications, employing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. Serve as SME in Python, AWS, and Generative AI; collaborate with multiple teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive key technical decisions. Facilitate regular meetings, guide strategy alignment, and ensure successful delivery across projects from an architectural and collaboration standpoint. Bengaluru-based role focused on delivering maintainable code, leveraging cloud services, and applying best practices in software development life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in AWS (and/or GCP)
- Experience with Generative AI principles and tools
- Experience mentoring/j mentoring junior team members
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and design principles
- Experience with version control (Git)
