Job Summary
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. Manage team decisions, collaborate with multiple groups on key solutions, and lead process improvements to boost productivity and software quality. Mentor junior members to support their professional growth while troubleshooting complex technical issues within contact center environments. Requires minimum 7.5 years of Genesys Contact Center QM experience, located in Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within contact center environments
- Familiarity with integration of custom software solutions into existing enterprise systems
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM
- 15 years full time education
