Custom Software Engineer to lead AI-driven solution design using GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade software. Responsibilities include designing and delivering AI-enhanced software, performing code reviews, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives. Must have strong proficiency in Oracle PLSQL, database design, Agile methodologies, and Git, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education. The role emphasizes independent SME-level contribution, problem solving, and aligning AI capabilities with business goals for measurable impact.
Required Qualifications

- Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI
- Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
