Job Summary
Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages, applying Salesforce Technical Architecture knowledge to support client needs and project objectives. Collaborate with multiple teams to manage implementation, make key decisions, and provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional challenges. Monitor project progress against timelines and deliverables while facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Guide team members through problem-solving activities, ensuring development processes align with best practices and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with system integration and data migration strategies
- Ability to design scalable and efficient software architectures
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services
- Minimum 15 years full time education
