Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges; collaborate with teams, mentor junior members, and drive enterprise-grade Python-based software development using Django/Flask. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, coding and testing components across multiple clients, performing maintenance and enhancements, ensuring scalable and responsible AI usage, and guiding process improvements. Strong emphasis on prompt engineering, AI evaluation, version control (Git), and delivering tangible business value through GenAI-enabled workflows.
