Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio) to meet business requirements. Provide technical leadership to development teams, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to gather requirements and design scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Ensure successful project delivery, including timelines, budgets, and resources, while adhering to best practices and standards for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience required
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and best practices
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development
