Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications as the primary technical contact. Own the project’s technical aspects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and maintain coding standards. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to foster growth. Must-have skills include IBM Sterling Commerce; additional consideration for experience with A&D Aftermarket. The role is based in India with office presence in Chennai; location preference noted for Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience required in IBM Sterling Commerce
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce required
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
