Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining integration solutions between IFS Applications and other organizational systems using native IFS capabilities; customize IFS applications, develop integrations via APIs, create custom reports and dashboards, collaborate with business analysts to translate needs into technical solutions, and provide technical support. Emphasis on monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, privacy and security, and collaborating with project teams during IFS implementation. Includes documentation and knowledge transfer to Centre of Excellence and IT teams; requires strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills; minimum 5 years of IFS experience; Kolkata-based role with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with developing IFS Configurations, Modifications and Reporting
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, relational databases, and client-server architecture
- Experience with developing integrations between IFS Applications and other systems using native IFS capabilities
- Experience with creating custom reports and dashboards
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of IFS cloud Applications is an advantage
- IFS EAM functional certified resource
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IFS Solutions
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science
