Custom Software Engineer

Lead the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications as the primary technical contact. Drive the project’s technical direction, coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams, mentor junior members, and oversee from inception through deployment. Must have strong OpenText Documentum expertise, deep understanding of content management systems and enterprise document management, and experience in API-based integrations within complex software environments. Responsible for planning and executing application development tasks to meet project goals, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives. Position requires ownership of timelines and resources, guiding the team to address challenges throughout the software development lifecycle. Based at the Pune office with collaboration across subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
