Job Summary
Analyze client requirements and design scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Code, test, and maintain application components across systems, implementing enhancements to improve performance and user experience. Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions, resolve technical challenges impacting delivery, and mentor junior members. Serve as a subject matter expert in Stibo Product Master Data Management, translating complex business needs into efficient technical implementations. Lead efforts to foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management
- Strong experience in software design, development, and testing methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Familiarity with application maintenance and enhancement processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient software components
- Must be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development
