Job Summary
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. Must leverage IBM InfoSphere DataStage for data integration and ETL tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and document designs and processes. Engage in independent work to become an SME, mentor junior team members, and ensure scalable, high-performing software aligned with business objectives. Based in the Pune office, with emphasis on contributing to software that meets evolving project needs and delivers reliable performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Educational qualification: 15 years full-time education
- Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Documentation of software designs and updates
