Job Summary
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. Develop scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs within the Pega Platform. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements, execute functional and integration testing, and validate workflows, case management, and data flows. Identify, document, and track defects while participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure timely resolution and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Pega Platform testing
- Strong experience in testing Pega applications and validating end-to-end business processes
- Strong understanding of Pega case management, workflows, business rules, and application functionality
- Experience in designing and executing functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end test cases
- Skilled in defect identification, reporting, tracking, and troubleshooting complex application issues
- Experience working with Agile development and testing methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Pega developers, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Good understanding of database validation and SQL queries for data verification
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Pega Platform testing
- Strong experience in Pega application testing and quality assurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in API and integration testing
- Knowledge of Pega testing tools and automation frameworks
