Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications as a Custom Software Engineer. Serve as the primary point of contact, act as an SME, and drive the project lifecycle by coordinating with stakeholders, guiding the team, and delivering tailored software solutions that meet defined requirements. Mentor junior team members, oversee cross-functional collaboration, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvements in SAP GRC configurations and integrations to align with client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC)
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance processes within enterprise environments
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet business requirements
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations
