Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. Lead team decisions, manage SMEs, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions tailored to specific business needs. Mentor junior members, implement best practices to improve productivity, and coordinate cross-functional communication to align on project goals. Resolve complex integration issues and apply Mulesoft Anypoint Platform expertise to drive innovation. Based in Pune, this role requires minimum 5 years of Mulesoft experience and 15 years of full-time education.
Required Qualifications
- Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
- Minimum 15 years of full time education
- Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
- Experience with API design and integration patterns using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies related to Mulesoft solutions
- Must be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Must collaborate and manage the team
- Must be responsible for team decisions
- Must engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Must provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Must lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality
- Must mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development
- Must coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
